Remote and local
Casa del Chiodo sits in a village of just 50 people, with woodland stretching for kilometres in every direction. Everything here is local by default. From the products used to the people behind your stay, including staff and collaborators, everything comes from the surrounding area. The space is run by a multi generational family, where each person plays a role, from welcoming guests to preparing food and caring for the land.

A historic home, lived in
Set within a restored 19th century farmhouse, the space carries its history without feeling overly formal. Each room is different, combining original details with modern comforts. Fireplaces, terraces overlooking the Farma Valley, and large windows create spaces that feel warm, open and easy to settle into.
It is designed to feel like a home, surrounded by forests and open land.
