A farm shaped by nature
Olive groves, chestnut trees, and fields are cared for using ecological practices that prioritise biodiversity. Wild herbs are left to grow between the trees, attracting pollinators, while the land is managed seasonally, from pruning in early spring to harvesting in autumn. You can experience this firsthand, whether through olive oil making or seasonal workshops like lavender harvesting. It is not structured as an activity, but something you naturally step into during your stay.

Remote and intentional
Set on top of a hill, surrounded by woodland and open land, the space feels completely removed. You are the only guests here, with your own entrance and enclosed outdoor space. There is no pool by design, but the natural shade of trees and the way water is used across the farm reflect a different approach, one that prioritises the ecosystem over convenience. Everything here is carefully considered. From rainwater collection to renewable energy and permaculture practices, the way the space is run is shaped by long term care rather than short term comfort.
