Luova Finland
Discover the Nordics through local life.
Finland is often known for its landscapes. Forests, lakes, snow and long quiet horizons.
But the real experience of the country lives in its culture, traditions and ways of life. Sauna evenings, local markets, forest walks, shared meals and conversations that reveal how people actually live here.
Luova Finland designs tailor made journeys that bring these elements together across Finland and the wider Nordic and Baltic region.
Chinese speaking travellers are also well supported, making it easier to explore the Nordics with local understanding.
Local knowledge and real connections
Behind every journey is a trusted network of local partners.
Guests are introduced to family run restaurants, independent artisans, local guides and small businesses that rarely appear on standard itineraries. These long standing relationships allow travellers to experience Finland beyond the obvious while ensuring tourism supports the communities and people who call it home.
The Nordic way of life
In Finland, nature and culture are closely intertwined.
Experiences often centre around the small rituals that shape everyday life. Time in the forest, sauna traditions, seasonal food and quiet moments outdoors that locals have practiced for generations.
Designed around your interests
No two travellers experience the Nordics in the same way.
Every itinerary is shaped around travel style, pace and curiosity. Some guests come for nature. Others for design, food culture or architecture. Many discover a combination of all three.
Experiences may include exploring Helsinki’s design scene, visiting regional communities across the Nordics and Baltics or spending time in the forests and lakes that define the landscape.
Story behind Luova Finland
Luova Finland is a family owned company run by a husband and wife team, Sanja and Cheng.
After years living in China, where they first met, Sanja often found herself describing Finland to colleagues who mostly knew the country only for its landscapes.
But to her, Finland was always much more than forests and lakes. She wanted travellers to experience the country through its traditions, culture and the way locals actually live.
