At TRAppe, we are building a global travel platform that connects conscious travellers with locally owned hotels, restaurants, tours and experiences that are kind to the planet and good to its people.

Instead of promoting mass tourism or big hotel chains, we highlight locally run, community centric travel businesses that care about their communities, culture and environment.

As TRAppe continues to grow globally, we are expanding our network of Local Partnerships Representatives to help us grow the platform in different countries.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in the travel industry, build meaningful connections and be part of a mission driven platform promoting better travel.

This role is best suited for people who genuinely care about responsible travel and want to contribute to building something meaningful in the travel space.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifying locally owned travel businesses aligned with TRAppe’s values
  • Reaching out to potential partners and introducing them to the platform
  • Helping grow TRAppe’s presence in your home country
  • Building relationships with businesses in your local travel ecosystem
  • Reporting your weekly outreach activity so we can track progress and support you where needed

Compensation

This role is commission based.

You will receive a commission for every business that successfully joins TRAppe through your outreach.

The commission per listing is very modest. We intentionally keep our partnership pricing accessible for locally owned businesses.

Because of this, the financial incentive for this role is limited. It is best suited for people who genuinely care about the future of travel and want to gain experience while building connections within the travel industry.
