*The match fee equals your Virtual Assistant's first week salary. Typically USD$100-180 for 20-30 hours. For more hours or specialist support we’ll quote accordingly.

You will receive 2-3 shortlisted VAs within 3 days after the discovery call. If your needs are more specific (tools, timezone, niche), it may take a few extra days to ensure the right fit.

Yes, as long as we have capacity. We keep the number of active matches small so we can give each founder and VA proper support.

Our VAs are compensated at $5–$10/hour, depending on experience and role.
You choose the hours that work for you (most founders start with 15–30 hours/week).

Once matched, you pay your VA directly, we don’t take a percentage or mark up their rate.
This keeps the relationship fair, transparent and respectful.

Our fee equals your VA’s first week of pay, usually $100–$300, depending on hours and skill level.

It’s normal for the first few weeks to be an adjustment while your VA learns your working style and preferences.
We recommend giving the collaboration at least the first month to find flow.
If after that it still doesn’t feel aligned, we’ll offer a one-time rematch at no additional cost. This helps ensure fairness for both you and the VA while keeping the process intentional and respectful. -
Yes, you can add Onboarding Setup for $150, where we build your task handover system and clearly define weekly workflows.

Optionally, Yes. Our 30-Day Support add-on ($250) includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking and troubleshooting to help your VA settle in smoothly.

The ongoing support remains at the cost of $250/month. You can continue or pause at any time.
